This policy explains how RAVIQ™, a product of FinAIQ Pro Holdings LLC ("RAVIQ", "we"), handles personal data on raviq.ai. It covers the public website. Use of the RAVIQ application under a customer agreement is governed by that agreement and its data processing terms.

Information you give us
If you email us, book a session, or request early access, we process the contact details and message content you provide. If you create an account, we process your email address and authentication credentials.
Information collected automatically
Only if you consent to analytics cookies. Nothing analytics-related loads until you make a choice — no request is sent to any analytics provider before then.

Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with pages. We do not use it to identify individuals, and it is off unless you turn it on.

International transfers
Analytics data is processed outside the EEA and the UK. Transfers rely on the transfer mechanism recorded with each provider — TO CONFIRM: which mechanism applies to each processor: EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Addendum.
You can avoid these transfers entirely by declining analytics cookies.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EEA, your local authority.
Cookies and your choices
Full detail is in the cookie notice. In short:
- Analytics cookies are off by default and load only after you accept
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer, which also clears analytics cookies already set
- Declining does not limit any part of this site
Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means on this website.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
